• The welcome gift(s), prize(s) redemption and lucky draw contest are open for all visitors of TCE Baby Expo aged 21 to 45 years except the employees of the Main Organizer and Exhibitors • The visitors must redeem the welcome gift(s) and/or prize(s) in person • Welcome gift(s) and/or prize(s) is not transferable or exchangeable for cash • Welcome gift(s) and/or prize(s) is NOT FOR SALE • The Main Organizer reserves the right to substitute the welcome gift(s) and/or prize(s) with any other product(s), good(s), and/or any form of prize of similar value without prior notice • All entries together with personal data and/or information stated thereon shall remain the property of the Main Organizer. By submitting the entry(ies), each participant authorizes the Main Organizer, the event sponsors, to use and/or to transmit the entry forms, names of visitors, participants and/or redeemers for purpose of publicity, advertising and/or trade promotions without further compensation or notice • The Main Organizer reserves the right to amend and/or cancel these terms and conditions and/or insert any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice • The Main Organizer’s decisions is final and no correspondence will be entertained • As the welcome gift(s) and/or prize(s) are sponsored by the various Exhibitors, the Main Organizer shall not in any way and/or whatsoever manner be liable for all claims, actions, proceedings, charges, costs, demands, losses, damages and/or liabilities which the redeemer(s), participant(s), winner(s) and/or any third party(ies) may pay, sustain, suffer or incur howsoever arising out or in connection with the usage and handling of any form of welcome gift(s) and/or prize(s) having presented to the visitor(s).
